We’ll help you to develop the skills you need to be ready for work by the time your youngest child reaches school-age.
Our various sites are child friendly, or we can provide outreach services on request.
Our ParentsNext service can provide a range of supports including:
- A participation plan tailored to your individual needs
- Access to local community services to help address other barriers
- Regular check-ins to ensure you’re on the road to success
- Regular motivational coaching sessions
- Employability skills and industry-specific training
- Pre-employment training and formal qualifications
- Culturally-sensitive services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and parents from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

ParentsNext delivered by Workways Australia is for parents who:
- Have a child under 6 years of age
- Haven’t had work in the last 6 months
- Have been receiving Parenting Payments for the last 6 months
- Live in the Logan Local Government area
