I support the learning & development of staff across Queensland. You’ll find me welcoming new staff to the organisation on ‘Welcome Wednesdays’, developing learning content, or providing coaching and training to staff on site. I oversee the DES contract across my region and assist the management team to ensure that they have all the support, facilities, infrastructure and strategies in place to be able to have the biggest impact possible within the communities that we service. I love the passion and commitments shown at all levels of the business and our focus on the intent-based leadership model.

My role involves supporting people through maintaining long-term employment and assisting them in overcoming their barriers to become independent in the workplace. I love being able to support people in overcoming their barriers and having a positive impact in improving the quality of their lives.

I get to manage an incredible team of hard working and passionate individuals who support and trust each other. Employability Skills Development Coach – ParentsNext
My role as an Employability Coach involves assisting parents and carers of children with coaching, support and training to help build confidence, self-esteem and skills to help them prepare for education or employment before their youngest child reaches school age. I love being able to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
