Workways focus on the abilities, skillsets and interests of our jobseekers. We can assure that you’ll receive individualised support. We offer services for young people with disabilities via the IPE program.
YOUTH SERVICES
Workways provides a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for young people who are wanting to join the workforce or who are looking for career assistance and guidance to set them up for the future.
TRAINEESHIPS
Workways can assist with supporting people into traineeships to allow a person to discover whether that industry is a career pathway they would like to undertake without locking themselves into a job.

At Workways, we pride ourselves on offering individualised support throughout your employment journey. Our work isn’t done once you’ve found employment. We can assist you and your new employer for 6+ months after you’ve begun work to ensure you’re comfortable and happy in your new role.
